Rest; it’s more than a nap…

Rest, it is so much more than a nap. More than a “break”, or a vacation. Rest is a gift- a gift from Abba Father. When we come to know Him, and see that His character is unchanging, the we can begin to grasp the TRUE concept of Rest.

Rest means a calm heart in the middle of a threatening storm- –

Rest means smooth steady breathing when a diagnosis looms- –

Rest means having strong confidence when everything around you is shaking- –

Rest means believing your heart WILL mend and your life will become beautiful again.

   HE is the calm. HE is your breath. HE is your glory and the Lifter of your head.

HE brings beauty where there were ashes, and joy after the mo(u)rning.
